What makes Pixel+ Entertainment different?
Our mission is to provide top-notch event entertainment. That is why we decided to use different techniques to make our Photo Booth more fun. We also use specific camera settings to make it look like your photos were taken in a professional studio!
What are sessions?
Session is just the name we give to each different style of photography we offer, like the Light Painting Session or The Bubbles Session.
How long does each session last?
Each session usually lasts 50 minutes. Why not an hour you may ask? Because we need the last 10 minutes to set up for the next session. However, there is no time limit per session. Customers can choose to have any session last as many hours as they want.
Where are you located?
We are located in Edmonton, Alberta.
Can you set up the Photo Booth outdoors?
Our photo booth is only for indoor events.
Do lighthing conditions matter?
For our effects to work the photo booth must be away from direct sunlight. Artificial lighting will not be an issue.
What is your cancellation policy?
A deposit of 50% of the total cost of our services is due upon signing the contract. The deposit is non-refundable if a cancellation is made 28 days or less before the day of the event, and the deposit will be converted to credit which the client may use towards another booking.
Do you offer different backdrops?
We offer black and white backdrops, and we are always adding more backdrops.
Will there be an attendant?
There will always be 1 attendant at the Photo Booth. We'll handle all the technical stuff so that you only focus on having fun.
How long does it take you to set up?
It takes 2 hours to set up the Photo Booth.
How much space do you require?
We require 10x10 ft of space. A power outlet must be nearby.
Do you charge travel fees?
We don't charge travel fees for places within 20 kilometers of city limits. For any other place we charge $0.30/km (one way only). For example if you are located 50 km. away from the Edmonton area you'll only pay $15.
How and when do you deliver our photos?
We will apply final touch-up's to your photos before sending them. We'll send them to you and your guests within 10 days from your event.
How will guests receive their photos?
We will ask your guests for their phone numbers or e-mails on the day of the event. Once the photos are ready we will send them the link to download their photos.
